As a Business Automation & AI Manager (BAAM), you operate at the intersection of business and technology, optimizing and automating mission-critical processes. Your work will directly impact our future operational efficiency, scalability, and execution speed towards achieving our growth ambitions. You thrive in high-paced, ambiguous environments, leveraging state-of-the-art automation & AI tools to design lean, scalable solutions that drive real business impact. You will join a highly motivated team of 10 BAAMs.

Your Responsibilities
Efficiency Focus: Own the complete development, roll-out, and enhancement of automations, agents, or interfaces that supercharge our daily business.
Work Cutting Edge: Optimize & scale processes using innovative tools such as Make, Retool, Airtable, Decagon, RelevanceAI, Cursor, Claude Code, and many more.
Business First: Work closely with your key stakeholders to identify new innovative automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
Measure to Succeed: You prioritize based on data & user feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problem identified.
Choose Your Gear: Develop and launch AI-driven workflows & agentic solutions to redefine process automation. Stay ahead of automation trends and proactively implement useful innovations.
Your Profile
Graduated with at least a Bachelor's degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches and AI.
Willing to take ownership, ability to move fast in ambiguous cross-functional environments, & committed to continuous learning
Strong analytical data-driven thinking with a pragmatic, impact-first but detail oriented approach.
Passion for automation, operations, and building scalable, efficient processes.
Experience in deploying Low-Code, AI or other tech solutions with real impact is a plus.
Empathy for cars & automotive is a plus.
Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
Available starting as soon as possible.
Your Role in the Fleet Department
Integrate with our OEM supplier network to bring new cars live on finn.com in no time
Build internal tooling and logic for business to handle operational and contractual complexities
Find innovative solutions to achieve a high degree of automation across all our car financing facilities
Own end-to-end infrastructure to ensure smart post-subscription utilization decisions.
