What You’ll Do

As the Vice President of Marketing for LATAM, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of marketing initiatives across the region, driving growth and cultural relevance for Authentic’s portfolio of lifestyle brands. You will develop and activate integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, build meaningful consumer connections, and deliver measurable business impact.  Partnering closely with global brand teams, licensees, and regional stakeholders, you will bring the brands to life through omnichannel campaigns, influencer and media partnerships, and localized storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.  This role requires a dynamic, data-driven leader who can balance creative innovation with commercial acumen to deliver breakthrough results across Latin America.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build integrated, omnichannel marketing programs that generate effective outcomes across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Drive brand narrative campaigns, influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships that strengthen brand equity and relevance.
  • Secure promotional partnerships and introduce Authentic’s lifestyle brands to broader and more diverse audiences throughout the region.
  • Increase consumer awareness and engagement, fostering strong brand loyalty and a sustainable fan base.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals and financial performance targets.
  • Oversee the direction, implementation, and performance of brand and marketing initiatives supporting each brand’s long-term vision and business objectives.
  • Lead brand meetings with internal teams and key licensees to create joint activation plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability metrics.
  • Participate in strategic brand planning, including consumer segmentation, audience targeting, market tiering, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution across all consumer touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Drive partner excellence, fostering collaboration and providing best-in-class marketing to support licensees, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development and Brand Management to align marketing strategies with licensing, retail, and commercial growth goals.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM consumer landscape, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in integrated campaign development, brand storytelling, and digital-first marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
