As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will manage relationships with mid-size to large commercial fleet clients within the Operations department. This role requires insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts while delivering timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned commercial fleet clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers to handle policy questions and service requests.
• Coordinate solutions to client issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain working knowledge of fleet insurance products and coverages.
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Process policy changes such as vehicle and driver updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Navigate multiple systems to maintain accurate account information.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet service goals.
• Actively participate in brainstorming and developing new policies, procedures, and workflows to improve how we service clients and increase operational efficiency.
• Follow company protocols when handling service requests.
• Complete required licensing, certifications, and ongoing training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Required insurance experience; trucking, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-facing approach
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within multiple systems and platforms
