Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
• Stay well-informed about current offers, travel information, and Booking.com services to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage challenging situations and effectively resolve customer queries.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
