As an Associate Program Manager – Growth at One Impression, you will work at the intersection of data, experimentation, and execution. You’ll help drive user, creator, and revenue growth by analyzing performance metrics, optimizing funnels, and supporting growth initiatives across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and report growth metrics across campaigns, creators, and clients
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights from large datasets
Support growth experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, new initiatives) and analyze outcomes
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to scale successful growth strategies
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnel
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of work experience (startup experience is a strong plus
Strong interest in data analytics with a solid working knowledge of SQL
Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Curious problem-solver who enjoys breaking down complex challenges
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
