We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, California. This is a high-paying opportunity offering consistent hours, an immediate start, and a supportive rehab environment in a beautiful Bay Area location.
Experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) may also be considered for this role with the right background.
Assignment Details
- 13-week travel contract
- 36 hours per week
- Day shift
- Skilled Nursing Facility setting

- Open to experienced PTA candidates
Compensation
- $65–$75/hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay available
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans (PT role)
- Provide skilled therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
- Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to maximize patient mobility and function
Qualifications
- Active California PT license
- Experienced PTA candidates may be considered
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to start ASAP
