We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Columbus, OH, and surrounding cities including Worthington, North Columbus, Powell, Polaris, Westerville, Clintonville, Dublin, Reynoldsburg, and the Grandview Heights area.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
  • Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
  • Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
  • Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.

    • Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

    • Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
  • Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people

    • Standard Work Schedule:

  • Must be available to work Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • NOTE: This work schedule may change periodically depending on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.
