You are:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll & Compensation Lead will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, compensation, benefits and absence management. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
The work:
- Lead a team and provide functional guidance for solution design that applies best practices for the Payroll and Compensation solution
- Collaborate with the team and clients to design end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud application
- Perform hands-on Payroll and Compensation Configuration, testing, release management/deployment
- Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects for Payroll and Compensation modules
- Conduct training materials review, functional issue triage and resolution support for Data Conversion, and client deliverable creation/management
- Oversee functional team and activities and report status to project management
- Oversee integration of the business processes from a project-wide perspective
- Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system
- Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
- Support maintenance of project plans
- Coordinate with the client for review and approval activities
- Monitor progress and adjust schedule, approach, and resources
- Coordinate all testing activities
- Assist in planning for transition to production
- Configure HCM tables and business rules
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5 years Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (U.S.) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solution experience with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience
- Experience using HDLs and Fast Formula functionalities within Payroll and Compensation modules
- Payroll business process knowledge
- Experience with Payroll testing
- Strong functional experience
- Experience Oracle Cloud Payroll and Compensation module
- Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience
- Lead design workshop and Lead teams
Bonus points if You Have:
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Mgmt., Payroll and Benefits modules
- SOA integration
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Relevant Implementation Specialist certification

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
