About the role
The User Research team at Fever increases revenue by working with teams from Product to Marketing to identify and implement improvements in the experiences that Fever offers its customers and partners, both online and offline.
We work with teams across the entire organization to make every experience 5 stars worthy.
Researchers deploy methods like survey, interview or usability test to create valuable new data that will answer business questions on which we have no visibility.
We’re looking for a passionate Junior User Researcher to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset and strong interest in user-centered design and a knack for turning insights into actionable improvements.
In addition to core user research responsibilities, we need someone who’s comfortable diving into design tools to develop UX prototypes. You’ll partner with other user researchers helping set up and analyze design studies and building testable prototypes yourself.
About you
Must have skills::
- Plan and run user research using the right methods based on specific domains.
- Apply solid research techniques to gather meaningful insights from users or partners.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to define and refine research goals.
- Create lightweight prototypes or wireframes for testing purposes.
- Effectively synthesize, summarize, and communicate findings in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to wireframe or prototype is a must.
- Collaborate with other teams to influence priorities and shape what we work on next.
It would be nice if you:
- Are proficient in other european or asian languages.
- Can bring experience in usability testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback.io) or data analysis.
