We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to join our IT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £28,333 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.

You will play a key part in maintaining day-to-day IT support services across Pennon Water Services, ensuring systems run smoothly and colleagues receive timely, effective assistance.

A major focus of the role will be supporting the Rapid Billing System, investigating and resolving middleware issues, as well as providing support for Salesforce CRM and VoIP telephony systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as first-line support, managing and triaging IT support requests from colleagues
  • Provide support for the Rapid Billing System and related middleware issues
  • Support Salesforce CRM system queries and administration
  • Support and troubleshoot telephony and VoIP systems
  • Manage and maintain user access controls in line with governance and audit requirements
  • Ensure all system changes and improvements are approved, tested, and meet required standards
  • Resolve system issues promptly, working with third-party suppliers where required
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the IT Operations Manager
