KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns that are aligned with client objectives as well as budgets.
- Create compelling ad copy and ad assets that drive clicks and conversions while maintaining consistency for each brand.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing and refinement of keywords, targeting, and ad assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaign success.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3+ years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid search advertising platforms and technology.
- Proven experience in media buying and executing campaigns directly within paid search platforms, handling diverse objectives and budgets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, and Search Ads 360, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics are a plus.
