About the Job:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing both front-end systems using Angular and backend APIs using NestJS/Node.js. You will collaborate closely with developers within our distributed team, contributing daily to a dynamic and team-oriented engineering environment. Your work will directly involve analysis, design, and consulting support, ensuring alignment with complex client strategic direction, issues, and project goals.
The successful candidate must be able to bridge the gap between technology requirements and end-users, assisting in documenting, evaluating, and executing test cases of applications. What You’ll Get to Do: • Develop performant, responsive, and maintainable web interfaces using Angular and TypeScript. • Collaborate with senior developers and system architects to design and implement solutions • Document code thoroughly and maintain clear and concise technical records • Build and maintain backend services using NestJS, Node.js, and RESTful API patterns. • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily standups. • Implement UI/UX designs into functional components with strong attention to detail. • Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain code quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues. • Collaborate with QA engineers to support testing and defect resolution.
What You’ll Bring with You: • Degree in Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any type), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline • 2-4+ years of experience developing rich UI/Front-end for user-facing web applications • 2-4+ years of professional experience developing backend services utilizing NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js • Strong proficiency in Angular, including components, modules, RxJS, and state management (NgRx preferred). • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and relational or NoSQL databases. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a remote lead. • Background in financial services or Energy a plus
