We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ping Developer to join the ICAM Cyber Modernization project team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding and experience with LDAP integrations and SSO capabilities. Along with those technical skills, this candidate will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as they will be required to work directly with clients and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
This role requires a high technical acumen and a thorough understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) principles and policies. You will be responsible for engagement with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions while providing solution support for clients. The candidate must foster a collaborative environment that encourages internal and external teams to share knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement innovative strategies and recommendations to meet project objectives. Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that will contribute to enhancing the Department's security posture.
Here's what you need:
- Overall 5+ years of experience with IAM. An associate’s degree in a related field may substitute for 2yrs of exp., a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university may substitute for 3yrs of exp.
- Proven experience with Ping Identity products and IAM best practices specifically with PingFederate, and/or PingDirectory.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and PKI.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Java
- Familiarity with deploying IAM solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
Bonus:
Experience with PingAccess, PingID, PingOne

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
