JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Creative & Media team. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. 

As a Senior Project Manager in our Project Management team, you'll drive the execution of innovative media campaigns focused on SEO, SEA, social media, and programmatic advertising. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

You have a knack for understanding what our clients need—even before they do. With your expert planning and budget management skills, you thrive on exceeding expectations and building strong client relationships. Whether you're tactful or direct, you know how to communicate effectively and keep projects moving forward. As the main point of contact, you'll keep clients updated and engaged every step of the way.

You take ownership of every project, ensuring successful delivery by coordinating seamlessly with both clients and your team. You're the driving force who keeps campaigns on track, never shying away from deadlines, and always maintaining a clear overview of progress and budgets. Your coordination skills ensure everything comes together for a flawless campaign launch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients on exciting, high-impact projects
  • Lead end-to-end media campaigns and projects (such as, but not limited to SEO, SEA, Programmatic advertising and Social advertising), ensuring top-quality work is delivered on time and on budget
  • Be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, proactively providing solutions and resources
  • Continuously assess and optimize working methods and processes, driving innovation and improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive hands-on experience in project management and digital marketing
  • Proven ambition and expertise in managing digital marketing projects: SEO, SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, and CRO
  • Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Exceptional at aligning stakeholders and motivating teams
  • Agency-side experience is a strong plus
  • Experience working with A-brands and solving their digital performance challenges
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to switch seamlessly between professionalism and playfulness
