- Own and execute the growth strategy for DACH, translating global priorities into impactful local initiatives that accelerate revenue and market share.
- Act as the market lead for DACH, representing the region with The Trade Desk’s global leadership and driving alignment on strategic objectives.
- Hold overall responsibility for spend growth and commercial success, partnering with the EMEA SVP and executive team to optimize efforts against company-wide goals.
- Establish and scale operational excellence, including portfolio management, competitive planning, and performance monitoring through robust processes and mechanisms.
- Build sustainable frameworks that enable high-performing sales, service, marketing, and operational engines within The Trade Desk ecosystem.
- Lead change and inspire teams, ensuring seamless transitions to meet evolving customer and business needs.
- Serve as an ambassador for The Trade Desk, operating with integrity and building strong networks with key influencers across the region.
- Leverage market and competitive insights to define and communicate The Trade Desk’s unique value proposition.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse, high-performing team equipped to deliver on current and future business objectives.
- A seasoned commercial leader with 15+ years of experience driving growth in digital advertising across the DACH market.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and building successful commercial teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of the agency and brand landscape, with established relationships across the digital ecosystem.
- Experience with online publishers, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, SEM platforms, DSPs, and ideally knowledge of the CTV market.
- A strategic and consultative leader, comfortable operating at the executive level while remaining hands-on to enable team success.
- Strong technical aptitude and a desire to master The Trade Desk’s product suite.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about innovation and shaping the future of programmatic advertising.
