So If you are an experienced, data driven performance marketer, we are waiting for you.About the role: You will support the Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results (like conversions, ROAS, or customer acquisition.
What you will do:
Strategic Planning: Support the team with data and insights to build the company’s acquisition strategy in Mexico.
Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies: Create and execute the digital marketing plan for paid media in social networks, SEO, SEM and setting up campaigns on tools.
Constant monitoring and development of optimization strategies for paid campaigns on Google, META, ASA, DV360, TikTok and programmatic media to ensure planned KPI's achievement. Google ADS.
Provide paid media analysis to support Mexico’s direction and present weekly and ad-hoc performance reports to share with stakeholders.
Monitor growth KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPV and others) and performance A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across channels and ensure proper pacing.
Develop acquisition communication ideas, coordinate its development and execution in campaign materials and multiple ad formats ensure campaign best practices.
Support Marketing and Operations departments to achieve user and driver base growth.
Identify opportunities for brand positioning with potential content, creatives, keyword trends and other improvements.
Join weekly review meetings with the Hong Kong team, implement change requests and monitor their impact.
To be part of our team, you’ll need:
4-5 years of experience with performance marketing campaigns.
Experience with paid media, content strategies and reporting and market insights.
Graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or similar (is a plus)
Advanced English.
