We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can independently drive insights that influence business performance and product decisions. This role requires strong analytical depth, a clear business mindset, and the ability to understand customer behavior across the product lifecycle.
You will work closely with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to convert data into actionable intelligence, going beyond dashboards to answer why things are happening and what should be done next.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs.
Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to identify growth and efficiency levers.
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports that serve as a reliable source of truth.
Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes.
Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness.
Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, preferably in product-led or consumer internet / fintech organizations.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory); ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.
Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
Good to Have
Experience with event-based data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
Working knowledge of Python / R for advanced analysis.
Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Domain exposure to Wealth and Trading or FinTech, Payments, Investments, Consumer Platforms.
