About this Role
Proactively generate and convert B2C sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and high-quality conversions.
Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored sports-led holiday packages.
Upsell premium experiences, hospitality upgrades, and curated add-ons to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate CRM records for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
Leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to pitch confidently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover and fulfilment.
Qualifiers
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
High motivation with strong ownership of targets and outcomes.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand individual needs.
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
