In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel. This is not a driving position.

Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, Category Development you’ll lead portfolio and category strategies for Celsius Holdings largest and most strategic National Accounts. This role brings syndicated, shopper, and retailer data together to influence customer decisions, shape JBPs, and accelerate category and brand growth across the Energy category.

You’ll bring strong commercial instincts, storytelling capability, and a deep understanding of how category dynamics shape retail outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Category Development, Category Management, Shopper Insights, or a related CPG commercial role.
  • Extensive experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) and retailer platforms (Luminate, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence retail buyers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Analytics preferred).
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to simplify complex insights.
  • Ability to travel 30–50% for customer meetings and internal planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead category strategy and insight development for National and key strategic customers.
  • Identify retailer-specific opportunities in assortment, space, pricing, and promotion.
  • Serve as the category advisor for select National Accounts.
  • Build retailer-ready narratives that drive category growth and improve brand performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RGM, Shopper, and Commercial Planning to build aligned customer strategies.
  • Support JBPs, customer business reviews, and channel planning with category-led recommendations.
  • Analyze category and shopper trends, competitive performance, and retailer dynamics.
  • Build dashboards, tools, and insight resources that elevate commercial planning.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
