The AMT will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on our fleet of aircraft. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues to ensure safe aircraft operation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, documenting all repairs, inspections, and parts replacements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards during maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the flight operations team to minimize downtime and maintain aircraft availability.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and track tools and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
• Stay current with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.

Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT), with a strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations for general aviation aircraft.
• Experience working with single-engine and multi-engine aircraft, with a preference for experience on twin-engine planes.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to assess and repair aircraft.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to document and report maintenance activities accurately.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
