About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager who blends strong technical judgment with product curiosity, high ownership, and a balance of high IQ and high EQ. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills paired with the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and earn trust across teams. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
This role is ideal for a TPM with hands-on experience building or integrating payments, card, or banking-related systems—someone who understands how money moves from authorization through settlement without needing to be a domain specialist. You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, helping shape and ship data-driven and AI-enabled fintech products that empower consumers and merchants with smarter, safer, and more transparent financial access.
What You'll Do:
Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and ruthless prioritization.Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early—and manage them proactively.Operate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements and constraints.
- Leverage AI tools and automation as a core part of how we build products—using them to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate delivery across product, engineering, and operational workflows.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.6–10 years of product experience, with direct exposure to payments, cards, banking integrations, or money movement systems (e.g., card processing, ACH, wallets, issuing, acquiring, or payment gateways).Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans.Strong written and verbal communication—can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with card networks (Visa, Mastercard), payment processors, issuing or acquiring platforms, or banking-as-a-service providers.
- Familiarity with card lifecycle concepts (tokenization, provisioning, expiration, network rules, disputes).
- Exposure to regulated financial products such as BNPL, lending, wallets, or stored value accounts.
Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP’s, or model ops).
