The role
As a Marketing Data Analyst – Actives in Global Marketing Analytics, you will contribute to shaping data-driven Marketing strategies focused on the existing HelloFresh customer base across 30+ markets on 3 continents. Based in our Berlin Headquarters, you’ll partner closely with the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function to drive customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
What you’ll do
- Support the Global Actives Engagement Marketing function: understand key business questions, translate them into analytical tasks, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Build and evolve reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and enhance global performance oversight
- Measure, benchmark, and monitor Global Actives Engagement performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve key customer and business KPIs
- Contribute to analytical projects in collaboration with Marketing as well as Product and Tech stakeholders, helping to drive alignment and clarity across teams
- Improve analytical processes by advocating for scalable, automated, and standardized solutions
- Participate actively in the Global Marketing Analytics community, sharing knowledge and supporting team-wide best practices
What you’ll bring
- A motivated, collaborative mindset with strong team-working skills and enthusiasm for solving business problems with data
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field—ideally in a fast-paced B2C or subscription business
- A solid understanding of Customer Engagement/ Retention metrics and how they contribute to overall business performance
- A structured, results-oriented approach with the ability to break down broad questions into clear analytical steps
- Solid technical skills, including:
- SQL and Spreadhseets (required)
- Tableau or a similar visualisation tool (e.g. Looker, PowerBI)
- Python (a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Reliable ownership of your work, with growing confidence in stakeholder interactions and cross-functional collaboration
