About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP PM P2P Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA migration initiative within the Life Sciences sector.
This role is central to transforming procurement and maintenance operations by ensuring accurate process mapping, system alignment, and high-quality data migration.

As a senior functional consultant, you will guide global and local teams through the transition, support Fit-to-Template workshops, validate integration across maintenance and procurement processes, and ensure business continuity during and after migration.

Location: Hybrid model (3 days onsite) in Frankfurt

Contract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO...)

Duration: 2-year assignment

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process streams within an S/4HANA migration project.
• Define and validate PM and procurement processes, including maintenance orders, notifications, equipment/master data, service procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
• Conduct Fit-to-Template workshops to align business requirements with global standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure integrated end-to-end processes.
• Support data migration activities for PM and P2P objects (equipment, functional locations, services, materials, vendors, etc.).
• Work with internal migration tools (training provided) to manage mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios for SIT/UAT cycles.
• Support cutover planning, data validation, and post-migration hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, audit trails, documentation standards).
• Train Key Users and provide ongoing guidance throughout the migration journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and PM–MM/PM–P2P integration.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA migration or similar global transformation programs.
• Practical experience in SAP data migration projects (any tools; internal training provided).
• Knowledge of Life Sciences sector processes and compliance standards is a plus.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Frankfurt with flexibility for remote work.
