Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Application Admin to join our team. As an Application Admin, you will be entrusted with the administration and configuration of a suite of critical applications within both Windows and Linux environments. Your role will be pivotal in managing and fine-tuning tools such as ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, and VMWare/Horizon.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the sustainment of Applications/Services providing the backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Maintain the integrity and security of the systems
  • Ensure the virtual desktop infrastructure is optimized for performance and reliability
  • Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts
  • Installing Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
  • Troubleshooting connections to Applications and integrations
  • Load Balancing Configuration for Applications
  • Application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for related integration issues
  • Creates a management plan, validates sizing, and forecasted sizing
  • Maintain licenses and key secrets in vault
  • STIGs and CDRL Documentation

What you’ll need:

  • 3 years of experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 application & integration support
  • 3 years of experience in Windows and/or Linux administration
  • Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
  • Experience installing application client tools on VDI Images/Pools

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with ALM Octane (preferred), UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk, VMWare/Horizon

Security Clearance: 

Must have an active Secret level clearance 

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

 

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$84,900—$160,200 USD
