As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced music industry professional to help strengthen our artists’ brands and increase overall exposure across digital and live platforms.

Position Overview:

The Director of Bookings and Marketing will play a key role in artist promotion, development, and performance coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a record label and a strong understanding of the modern music landscape, including digital streaming, radio, and live event promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Promote artists and releases across digital streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music).

    •    Develop and manage radio promotion campaigns to increase artist airplay and exposure.

    •    Identify, coordinate, and support live performance opportunities, including concerts, showcases, and tours.

    •    Discover and develop new musical talent aligned with Luminara Records’ artistic vision.

    •    Assist with repertoire selection and help shape release strategies for upcoming projects.

    •    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize promotional reach and artist success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

    •    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working for a record label, talent agency, or related music industry organization.

    •    Proven success in artist promotion and development.

    •    Strong network within the music industry

    •    Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    •    Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, events, or performances.

    •    Passion for music and artist growth.
