Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication.
• Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot customer challenges while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products and industry developments to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or online gaming sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
• Willingness to work from the office in Sofia
