Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
• Identify and report inappropriate content and escalate violations as needed.

• Stay informed about current trends and changes in content moderation practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in content moderation is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
