Responsibilities - Field Execution and Coordination
- Own and manage specific discipline trade contractors through field execution of scope, including processing associated paperwork such as PTPs (Pre Task Plans) and JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses).
- Drive the project schedule by reviewing upcoming installations and verifying completed work meets design intent and quality standards.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Office Engineers, Superintendents, Design Managers, and trade partners. Encourage craft productivity improvements.
Planning and Project Controls
- Work collaboratively with on-site Construction Management to plan, organize, and supervise multiple projects from design through construction, commissioning, and close out.
- Develop, track, and maintain project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts to meet project goals.
- Take ownership of the site’s electronic indicator system to deliver and track critical performance metrics.
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate project status clearly to Client management, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prepare project documentation and reports. Interface with Facilities Engineering, Design Teams, Operations, and construction stakeholders.
Systems & Technical Expertise
- Utilize and become proficient in construction management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Participate in coordination with Local Government Agencies, as needed.
Requirements - Technical & Construction Experience
- Field construction experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry, with demonstrated success meeting deadlines and cost objectives.
- Structural and Architectural review experience including drawings and model reviews.
- Semiconductor Base Build or Tool Install experience highly preferred.
- Experience with LEAN construction and implementation of the Last Planner System.

Certifications
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Education & Experience
- Experience in Semiconductor, Industrial, Chemical, Gas and Oil, or advanced manufacturing construction environments.
- 1–3 years of relevant Field Engineer, Field Coordinator, or Construction Coordinator experience preferred.
- AA/BS/MS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
