Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are building the unified infrastructure layer that intelligently connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield opportunities. Backed by premier crypto investors, this is a ground-floor opportunity to architect a foundational piece of the future financial ecosystem.

This is an opportunity for immense ownership, serving as the foundational engineer for a new, critical protocol on the Solana network. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and taking full ownership of a core asset aggregation protocol from scratch. If you thrive on complex, ambiguous challenges and want to architect a fundamental piece of DeFi infrastructure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protocol Ownership: Take full architectural and implementation ownership of the core yield aggregation protocol on the Solana blockchain.
• Smart Contract Development: Write, audit, test, and deploy highly secure, production-grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• System Integrity: Ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of the core logic for yield aggregation and asset reallocation.
• Pioneering Execution: Work closely with the core team to define technical requirements and rapidly ship high-quality, production-ready code from the very beginning.

Requirements

We are looking for a deep-domain expert in Solana development—a tenacious problem-solver and relentless executor with an uncompromising focus on security.

• Rust & Solana Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of successfully designing and deploying complex smart contract architecture to the Solana network.
• Security Focus: A deep, working understanding of smart contract best practices, common vulnerabilities, current industry patterns, and an unwavering passion for building secure, robust infrastructure.
• Execution & Quality: A relentless commitment to shipping high-quality, well-tested code, even under tight timelines.
• High Ownership Mentality: Highly capable of solving complex, ambiguous problems with minimal oversight. Must possess a tenacious problem-solver mindset.
