Description
About Us
WeNext has spent more than a decade perfecting advanced manufacturing in Asia. We have now brought that proven expertise to Europe and the UK, merging innovative technology with a deep commitment to in-house care and precision craftsmanship.
We operate on a simple value: Smart manufacturing, human thinking. We combine intelligent technology with real empathy, using data to drive smarter solutions without ever losing the personal connection. We are proudly global, yet locally connected—bridging cultures and time zones to create seamless global collaboration
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal opportunity to join WeNext as we expand our footprint in the UK. As an Account Executive, you will be the commercial engine of our growth, helping us scale one of Asia’s leading digital manufacturing platforms in a new market.
You won't just be "selling parts"; you will be a trusted partner to engineers, product designers, and procurement teams. Your role is to bridge the gap between complex design requirements and our global production capabilities—turning initial concepts into delivered reality.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative Partnership
- Solve, don’t just sell: Take ownership of qualified leads from our BDR team and guide customers through the full cycle—from discovery to delivery.
- Technical translation: Understand the customer's engineering challenges and educate them on how our capabilities (CNC machining, 3D printing, injection moulding, and sheet metal) can solve their specific problems.
- Value-led negotiation: Provide a consultative approach that helps customers optimise for cost, lead time, and quality, ensuring they view WeNext as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
2. Smart Execution
- Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a healthy, accurate forecast within our CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive). You treat your pipeline like a business, ensuring data is up-to-date and revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Precision Quoting: Deliver accurate, timely quotations using internal tools, coordinating with our technical teams to ensure feasibility and pricing validation.
- Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to grow accounts from single transactional orders into repeat business, building long-term trust with SMEs and innovators.
3. Global Collaboration
- Feedback Loop: Partner with Marketing to share insights on customer needs and objections, helping to refine our UK value proposition.
- Operational Bridge: Liaise with our Operations and Engineering teams to ensure that what you sell is exactly what gets delivered, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the manufacturing, engineering, or SaaS technology sectors.
- The Approach: A consultative seller who listens more than they speak. You are comfortable discussing technical requirements and can distill complex needs into clear solutions.
- The Drive: Results-oriented and commercially driven. You enjoy the chase of a new deal but understand that retention comes from reliability and trust.
- The Skillset: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency with modern CRM tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of digital manufacturing processes (CNC, 3D Printing) or CAD-based workflows
Benefits
- Own Your Market: Join a fast-growing international business where you can make a visible impact on our UK expansion from day one.
- Clear Progression: We value ambition. This role offers clear pathways to Key Account Management (KAM) or Sales Leadership roles as the team grows.
- Culture & Flexibility: Work alongside experienced leaders in a supportive, high-performance environment with remote flexibility and a culture that values autonomy.
