Navion Senior Solutions is a leading provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care on the Eastern Coast, with communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. We currently have a great opportunity within our Home Office, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, to provide support for our Applicant Tracking System for Recruitment,. This position will be Part-Time, working 15 hours per week.
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the organization’s Applicant Tracking System to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This role enhances recruitment processes through system customization, workflow management, reporting, troubleshooting, and user training. The Talent Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, improving talent acquisition efficiency, and supporting compliance across the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in an administrative or configuration role.
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and HR best practices.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing data.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with systems such as Workable or similar ATS platforms.
- Prior HR, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume hiring environments.
