Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications.
- Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years related work experience
