The Role
Data is Dealfront’s growth engine. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Analyst to define and execute our Product Analytics strategy—enabling every team to act on insight, not instinct. Your mission is to make the product organization fully self-service on data by building the systems, events, and assets that translate product usage into business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Product Analytics Strategy: From event taxonomy and instrumentation to reporting, you will lead our approach to product data.
- Govern Data Assets: Design, maintain, and govern the Product Events Dictionary and associated workbooks to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Automate Reporting: Create and automate essential reports and dashboards covering product adoption, user behavior, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Surface Insights: Write and distribute a Product Analytics Newsletter or similar, surfacing trends and insights that drive action across the company.
- Embed Data in Product Development: Partner with Product Ops and Product Managers to integrate key metrics into every roadmap and Product Requirements Document (PRD).
- Enable Self-Service Analytics: Empower teams to conduct their own analyses by creating clear documentation, templates, and training materials.
- Leverage AI: Use AI to accelerate analysis, including insight generation, anomaly detection, and trend summarization.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a Product Analytics or Growth Analytics role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Expertise: Expert-level skills in product analytics tools, SQL, DBT and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker).
- PLG Acumen: A deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles and lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, monetisation).
- Storytelling with Data: Excellent communication skills with the ability to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive alignment and action.
- Mindset: You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly impact-driven.
- Be physically located within Europe.
Success Metrics:
- Increase the percentage of product managers using analytics on a self-serve basis.
- Improve the quality and consistency of our instrumentation.
- Reduce the time from data to decision.
- Increase the adoption rate of product analytics reports.
Benefits
- The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team.
- An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
- The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
- Mental Health support with Auntie.
- Annual company retreats in sunny locations and team off-sites :)
If you thrive at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy—and love turning discovery into growth—this is your chance to make a significant impact.
