As Mistral AI’s Field Marketing Manager EMEA, you will develop and execute our third-party event strategy across the region. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing our event participation, from sponsorships and speaking opportunities to booths and side events while also supporting Mistral-led events. Additionally, you will collaborate with key partners to design and run joint field marketing programs and with GTM on 1:1 ABM campaigns.
This role reports to the Field Marketing Lead, EMEA.
What you will do
Event plan:
- Develop and manage the EMEA events calendar, including industry conferences (such as Techarena, VivaTech, London Tech week), Mistral-led events, and partner activities.
Execution:
- Lead end-to-end event planning for 3rd party conference sponsorships: logistics, speaking opportunities, booths, side events, and post-event follow-ups.
- ABM: Plan and execute dedicated 1:1 marketing plans for Mistral top customer accounts
Partner Marketing:
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with Mistral’s strategic partners (Hyperscalers, technology, GSI)
Collaboration:
- Work with GTM, comms/PR, and marketing teams to align on goals and priorities.
Analysis:
- Measure and report on event success (engagement, pipeline, brand awareness).
About you
- 4+ years in field marketing (owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, ABM).
- Experience in startups or high-growth tech environments.
- Enterprise B2B tech background, understanding of enterprise selling and B2B tech business models.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver who can to translate business needs into a field marketing plan
- Proven experience managing field marketing programs across the EMEA region and demonstrating a strong understanding of local cultural and business specificities
- Strong hands-on and project management experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced environmentAbility to travel across EMEA.
- Content creation skills or ability to collaborate with content/design teamsFluent in French and English.
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- No ego and highly committed to deliver.
- Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex topics

Location & Remote
This role is based in one of our European offices (Paris, France and London, UK). We will only consider candidates who either reside or are open to relocating there. We strongly believe in the value of in-person collaboration and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity.
