In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical queries through online channels.
Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding technical assistance and support to Dutch-speaking customers via online platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through common technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions with customers in our support system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Stay updated with the latest product releases and technical developments to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a technical support role or customer service is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently as needed.
