Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and become a foundational partner in securing the best talent for CLO Virtual Fashion—a fast-moving innovator in fashion technology.
This role is a pivotal strategic partnership that directly influences our business trajectory and organizational culture. You will be central to designing and executing talent strategies aligned with our ambitious growth objectives, identifying individuals who authentically embody CLO’s values and enhance our unique culture. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy across the entire European region and actively participating in broader Global initiatives.

Responsibilities
Act as a Strategic Talent Acquisition and HR Partner, collaborating closely with business leaders and hiring managers in the European regions on role definition, Workforce Planning, and supporting long-term organizational development strategies
Defining selection criteria, high profiles, and job specifications for various positions, with a particular focus on roles within the tech and fashion industries, by actively engaging with internal stakeholders.
Innovating and executing strategic hiring methodologies aligned with the company's culture and the industry standards.
Continuously analyze talent trends, compensation structures, and industry benchmarks within the European market to provide insights that maximize our recruiting competitive edge.
Contribute European regional expertise to the development of international HR standards, including global workforce policies, compensation strategy, and benefit plans.
Facilitate knowledge sharing among global People & Culture teams and proactively introduce the latest HR trends and technologies.
Collaborating with the global People & Culture team and the Business team to implement impactful employee-centric initiatives and programs that fit the company
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with required expertise in a strategic capacity
Direct experience leading the recruitment of various positions within a Tech, IT, or Fast-Paced Industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate and influence European and Global Leadership teams and internal stakeholders
In-depth understanding of labor laws, data protection regulations (including GDPR), and HR compliance in key EU countries including Germany, France, Spain and Italy, ensuring legal adherence throughout the entire HR matters
Operational knowledge to design the employee experience ensures a seamless connection with subsequent HR administrative tasks
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
Native in German and fluent in English
Willing to travel internationally when needed
Plus if you have
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools (Ascentis, BambooHR, Justworks, Oracle, etc.)
Experience sourcing various positions, including tech roles
Experience working with global teams
