Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Student & Stakeholder Engagement
    Develop and implement best practices for CABM programs, serve as liaison for complex student cases, coordinate advising transitions, and lead partnerships across COS schools to ensure unified support.

  • Program Strategy & Development
    Design and execute events, communications, and engagement initiatives to enrich the CABM student experience.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    Track and analyze retention, progression, and graduation metrics; conduct surveys; and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

  • Communication
    Drive proactive communication strategies, represent CABM programs at events, and collaborate on website and marketing content.

  • Graduate School Support
    Lead COS graduate events, participate in curriculum meetings, and contribute to college and university committees.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in higher education, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in higher education, preferably in student support, academic advising, or program administration.
  • Strong ability to manage complex academic programs and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with accelerated or dual-degree programs.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and program development skills.
  • Familiarity with graduate education structures and advising for undergraduate and/or graduate students.
  • Proven success in leading collaborative projects and building consensus.
  • Knowledge of COS programs, policies, and processes.
  • Proficiency in student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
  • Understanding of FERPA and other data privacy regulations.
  • Commitment to inclusive academic environments and student success.
