Join our leadership team and bring the Cooper Spa experience to life by elevating operations with business acumen and inspiring a high-performing team. If you love creating seamless guest experiences, empowering teams, and keeping things running beautifully behind the scenes, this role is your perfect fit.


You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, leading, coaching, and supporting a talented spa team across massage, nails, facials, and guest services. Your day may include walking the spa to ensure every detail is flawless, reviewing reports and guest feedback, collaborating with leadership on business strategy, and guiding supervisors through staffing, scheduling, and performance conversations. You'll oversee inventory and payroll and ensure our Cooper CARES service standards shine. Most importantly, you’ll foster a positive, high-performing culture that delivers an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.


Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM


Success in this role looks like: 

  • Leading a motivated, supported spa team with low turnover and strong leadership at every level.
  • Daily operations run smoothly, with the spa consistently clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Accurate and timely end-of-day reports, payroll approvals, and administrative tasks.
  • Positive guest feedback trends upward, with quick follow-up on comments or concerns.
  • Monthly revenue and expense forecasts are accurate, and goals are consistently met.
  • Marketing initiatives drive increased bookings and stronger customer engagement.
  • Participation in executive planning and strategy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and develop growth strategies.
  • Certificate: spa and hospitality management.
  • License: cosmetology management.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: specialized training with top educators Aveda, Keune, Dermalogica, Skin Ceuticals, Bioelements.
  • Other Qualifications: 12 years’ related experience in spa industry.


Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
