The team & role
We’re seeking a Creative Marketing Team Lead to guide a talented team of designers in crafting impactful, high-performing visual content for the LTX platform. This role blends creative direction, strategic marketing, and hands-on leadership to drive brand growth and user engagement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced creative leader who combines design excellence, strong communication, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
What you will be doing
- Lead and mentor a team of creative talents, managing workflows and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Drive creative strategy for LTX marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance
- Develop and elevate LTX Studio marketing performance and brand activities through exceptional design and creative concepts
- Oversee concept-to-delivery design projects across video, motion, and digital assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative direction with marketing and business goals
- Integrate and optimize AI tools (visual and language-based) into creative processes to boost innovation and efficiency
- Stay up to date on design trends and emerging AI technologies, training the team on new tools and workflows
- Analyze creative performance and lead KPI-driven improvements to boost impact and output
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B advertising with strong skills in motion design, video editing, typography, and image-making
- Proven leadership in managing creative teams and end-to-end design projects
- Experience with GenAI tools (LTX Studio, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Veo3, Kling, ElevenLabs, Hedra, Heygen)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong communicator—comfortable briefing creatives, marketers, and executives alike
- Deep understanding of platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Passionate about creative innovation and AI-driven design tools
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Familiarity with 3D software, sound design, color grading (DaVinci Resolve), or video mixing
- Experience integrating AI tools and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) into the creative workflow
- Understanding of brand strategy and marketing analytics
- Ability to travel occasionally to our offices in New York, Chicago, and Tel Aviv
