Salary Range: $19.07 - $25.80 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC mills, lathes, and high-precision industrial metal-cutting equipment. You will work hands-on with advanced machinery, follow documented processes, and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.  Job Responsibilities:

  • Must produce parts within required tolerances

  • Maintain accurate paperwork
  • Housekeeping/maintenance of work area and machinery 

Requirements

  

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE useAbility to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler) or willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts
  • Ability to work safely around large materials and moving equipment
  • Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and reading dimensions
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Exposure to hand tools or basic shop tools
  • Familiarity with reading simple work orders or production sheet
  • Interest in learning CNC controls and automated equipment
  • Ability to lift materials and assist with loading/unloading using forklift or overhead crane
  • Operate machines using best and safe practices
