Summary/Objective:
The Sr. Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management leads the implementation and governance of SSA Marine’s Ironclad initiative, a strategic project aimed at enhancing contract standardization, compliance, and performance across the organization. This role ensures that commercial agreements are aligned with SSA’s strategic objectives, risk management protocols, and operational capabilities. The position requires strong project management skills to drive execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in contract lifecycle practices.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Ironclad as SSA Marine’s centralized contract lifecycle management platform.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all commercial agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and IT to align contract processes with business needs.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring contracts reflect SSA’s commercial priorities and operational capabilities.
- Provide training and change management support to drive adoption of Ironclad and standardized contract practices.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure data integrity, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in the analysis and renegotiation of legacy contracts to improve commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and best practice sharing across SSA’s global portfolio.
