Job Summary:
Plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to enhance Cummins brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provides insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves key role in the creation and execution of integrated marketing communication plans and assets, working across stakeholders and subject matter experts. Monitors and tracks marketing communications projects and events and capable in presenting findings to stakeholders. Creates and coordinates engaging and relevant messaging and content for various marketing channels, including web, social media, email marketing, and other collateral. Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Aids in identifying and developing strong talent. Maintains and develops relationships with stakeholders/leaders/suppliers. Learns, adheres to, represents, and champions Cummins brand. Plans and executes virtual and in-person events that create memorable experiences and deepen connections to Cummins brand. Analyzes and optimizes campaigns and marketing initiatives based on metrics and data. Capable in presenting findings to stakeholders to drive meaningful conversations in the spirit of continuous improvement. Manages, supports, maintains budget/financials. Understands and employs the use of digital marketing tools, trends, and channels. Digital only: Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns, assists in budget management, and usage of analytics to track the performance of digital marketing efforts.Responsibilities

Marketing Plan Management - Develops marketing mix recommendations based on the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives; guides and influences cross-functional implementation and creates framework to evaluate market responses and business performance.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or a related subject required.
Experience:
Digital marketing experience preferred.
Experience with a global organization preferred.
Client/account management preferred.
B2B experience preferred.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Partnering with the BU Leadership to design and develop the Marcom Strategy for the Business.
- Responsible for External and Internal communication programs for the BU
- Aling and develop programs, plans, processes to strengthen overall corporate communications program to support the Cummins brand development in India Region
- Act as a Business and thought partner to the business to curate and develop the communication and marcom programs and intervention to meet the business objective
