About the Role
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Industrial Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and technically minded Technical Service Sales professional to join our Queensland team. Reporting to the State Manager (Qld/NT), this role will provide technical advice, estimating, and sales support while managing customer relationships to drive profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and advice to customers, service technicians, and subcontractors.
- Deliver accurate estimates and sales proposals to meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints in collaboration with Service Operations.
- Develop strategies to enhance service efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to service personnel and subcontractors.
- Support effective job scheduling, resource allocation, and field cost monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years’ experience in a service, operations, or technical role within the service, building, or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand service business processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented approach.
