About you
You will be responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our global teams to implement the right solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services. You will inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint. You will bring in strong domain knowledge in delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. A critical part of the role will also involve leading the solution delivery of the CX implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits are realised.

Pre-Requisites
· Work experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion CX Platform
. Working experience on Fusion Field Service and Service Cloud
· Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
· Tertiary Qualifications
· Ability to travel as needed
· Australian resident or citizen
Preferred Skills
· Working knowledge on Oracle Integration Cloud
. Working Knowledge on Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA)
· Knowledge of Customer Data Management - Customer 360/Lifecycle
· Knowledge of CI/CD Knowledge
. Industry Experience in Health Sector
· Experience working in Sales and Service implementations
Responsibilities
The ask:
· An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of industry best practices & business processes to deliver great customer outcomes
· A cloud architect who has extensive consulting for architectural design on CRM requirements and implementation. Should be able to define & design the architecture and integration with 3rd party systems
· Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to deliver Customer advocacy
· Understands how technology can drive transformational change and be able to influence executives in the industry
· Be actively involved in business development activities
· A true team player internally and externally
