The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, relevant skill set, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
Responsibilities:
Bridge Recruitment & Development: Partner directly with the Recruitment Manager to build an integrated talent strategy, creating a seamless transition from candidate attraction and onboarding to internal development and career mobility.
Performance Management: Manage the end-to-end annual performance management cycle (e.g., goal-setting, check-ins, talent calibrations, talent development) as the primary tool for driving employee growth and retention.
Learning & Development: Analyse outputs from performance reviews and talent-planning sessions to identify firm-wide skill gaps; design, deploy, and facilitate targeted L&D programs to address these needs.
Career Pathing: Develop and implement clear career frameworks and mobility programs, providing a structure for employees to grow their careers within the firm.
Talent Consulting: Act as a key subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert coaching and guidance on talent development, performance conversations, and engagement strategies.
Talent Systems: Partner with the HR-Tech team to optimise the systems and tools that support the entire talent lifecycle (e.g., Onboarding, Performance, and Learning modules).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
5+ years of direct experience in Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Development.
Experience across the talent lifecycle is essential, including a strong understanding of how onboarding, performance, and engagement connect to talent acquisition and retention.
Proven track record as an individual contributor, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Advanced knowledge of modern performance methodologies (e.g., OKRs, continuous feedback) and adult learning theory.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
