JOB TITLE: Senior Manager - Data Engineering & Analytics

JOB SUMMARY:

 A Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics at Argano play a strategic role in shaping and executing the overall data strategy. This position involves overseeing multiple teams, driving innovation in data solutions, and ensuring the alignment of data initiatives with broader business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Develop and execute the organization's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of managers and senior managers in the data engineering and analytics domain.

Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement a data-driven culture across the organization.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities and drive innovation.

Oversee large-scale data initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Represent the data engineering and analytics function in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

 

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

EDUCATION:

 

A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field is expected.

Master's degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

10-15 years of progressive experience in data engineering and analytics.

Proven track record of leading successful data-driven initiatives at the organizational level.

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
