Essential Job FunctionsWe are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Police Department.

- Provide assistance and/or direct visitors.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails, providing information.
- Provide assistance to the public and other governmental agencies, including basic background checks and fingerprinting.
- Process various permits, collect fines or fees, enter payment data, and file/maintain documents and records.
- Process police records and Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests.
- Process neighborhood golf cart petitions, expungements, and requests for security checks.
- Perform various administrative duties.
