What You’ll Do at OnePlan
Here is what the day to day looks like:
- Act as the trusted technical partner for our customers, offering guidance, making configuration updates, and supporting them through their adoption of OnePlan. This is the relationship side of the work where clients lean on you for clarity and direction.
- Spend time understanding what clients are trying to achieve and why. From there, shape solutions that genuinely support their goals and help them run their portfolio and projects more effectively.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions directly in OnePlan and across Microsoft technologies. This is hands on problem solving and building, not just advising.
Barrier Removal
- Spot anything that is slowing customers down, whether technical or adoption related, and clear the path for them. Keep them moving forward without friction.
- Break down complex ideas in a simple, relatable way so customers always feel informed and confident in what they are doing.
- Manage several customer engagements at once, keeping everything organized and moving. Some engagements will include on site visits where you can work closely with clients and build stronger relationships.
Our Ideal Fit
- You bring strong experience in Project Portfolio Management and a solid understanding of how organizations plan and deliver work.
- Comfort with the Microsoft Power Platform is important, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong organizational habits make a big difference here, especially when juggling several customer engagements at once.
- Clear communication is key. You know how to take something technical and explain it in a way that feels simple and grounded for non technical audiences.
- You enjoy building relationships and supporting customers through their full journey with OnePlan, from early adoption to long term success.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, especially Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
- An understanding of Agile or DevOps practices and how teams use them day to day.
- Experience working with OnePlan or OneConnect. Even light exposure goes a long way here.
- A comfort level with solving messy or unclear technical problems. Some customers show up with half a process and half an idea, and you can help them shape it into something workable.
- Any background supporting enterprise-level environments or complex system integrations is always appreciated.
