Role: Funding Manager, Treasury Centre India (captive treasury centre for the 3 Mercedes-Benz entities in India: 1x Industrial OEM, 1x NBFC, 1x R&D/IT Hub)

Job Objectives:
Managing relationships with banks, lenders and other key players of money/debt markets
Ensuring funding/ALM compliance - Plan, strategize and optimize funding plan as per HQ and local ALM guidelines
Monitor market conditions for Money Market and Capital Market issuances
Sourcing and negotiation for short and long term funding requirements
Managing treasury investment portfolio with banks and money market investments
Liaise with Credit Rating Agencies for rating reviews and periodic information requests
Execution of Cross-border equity and dividend measures
Feasibility analysis and evaluation of new funding instruments
Cash Flow analysis for strategic funding initiatives and Interest result planning
Monitoring and adherence to regulatory and internal compliances
MIS reporting to local entity CEOs and CFOs

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant / ACCA / MBA – Finance
Professional Experience:
7 -10 years of relevant working experience in banking/corporate treasury roles
Working knowledge on various funding instruments – CPs, NCDs, Intercompany loans, ECBs, swaps and derivatives
Willingness to learn & work in a multi-cultural environment with cross-geographic stakeholders
Proactive, critical thinking team player with good communication skills
Analytical and presentation skills
