Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, the Administrator – Service Operations will play a vital role in supporting our Perth Branch. This position encompasses a diverse range of administrative responsibilities and customer-facing activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.

 

 

Employment Options

1 × Full-time position

OR 2 × Part-time positions

 

 

Roster:  

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (inclusive of paid meal breaks)

Part-time: Flexible options available:

  • 2 days on / 5 days off
  • 3 days on / 4 days off

 

Location: Perth Precinct

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
  • Ensure external items are encoded onto work orders, priced correctly
  • Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
  • Provide customer-facing support as needed

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • SAP experience is considered highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
